"I called someone who introduce people to work at Coles and when he got to know that I have an issue of walking fast and standing for longer hours due to an accident I faced earlier, he said that he would not be able to offer me the job". That was something I heard from one of my closer friends where I felt it is so unfair because he got some disability with himself. So will get to know little bit about disability. Disability can be defined as a physical or mental condition that that makes it difficult, limits or prevents a person from engaging in certain activities same as a person with no disability.
