Seeking for a Promotion to the position of Senior Cyber Security Analyst

I am expecting to be promoted as a senior cyber security analyst at the PwC Melbourne. I have been working as a cyber security analyst for more than two years and have been accomplished many targets and achievements during the last two years. 

Since the time I started working as a permanent employee at the company I did my job and all the responsibilities given to me for the best of my capability, with passion, accuracy and dedication. I have been accomplished each and every target successfully and on time without making any issue to my co-employees or my superiors. Last year, I have been awarded with the title of best team player of my department and I worked as the team leader of audit analysis team from the beginning of this year. I believe myself as a leader with good empathy where I am able to understand my team members by putting myself in their positions so that I have a better understanding of the requirements of my team members, which areas each person needs to be developed, give them constructive feedback, and listen to the people who are in need and help them to find solutions. Also, I am a self-motivated person who works towards the goals together with my team by making them motivated with positive thinking and hard work. And, I am a leader with self-awareness where I always know how I feel, my emotions and actions can effect my team. I am well aware of my strengths and weaknesses and I am able to manage my emotions while at work. Therefore I believe I am capable of managing a team with a higher position in the company with more responsibilities and targets. 

The reason that I am expecting to move to a more senior position at the company is that I needs to contribute more and I believe that I deserve this promotion. Because I am an employee with the ambition, reliability and commitment to work as well as to improve my knowledge and skills according to the ongiong trend. Because to be success in a position as the cyber security analyst in a well-reputed company like PwC it is essential that you are able to understand the current and updating technology and trends and provide solutions for the customers to get them secured with fast growing cyber attacks.  Because I am a humble person most of my colleagues show a passion and need to work with me. I have noticed the fact in several occasions where my managers always prefer to have me in their team and my colleagues prefer to work along with me. 

 Therefore, I am requesting for this promotion as a senior cyber security analyst with large targets and higher duties, so that I can contribute more for the benefit and success of my company.
